I scored it a draw all three times I've watched it. That said, I am pretty big Mosley fan, so if I was to give anyone the benefit of the doubt it would have been Shane. Classic fight, one of my favorites this decade. I think this fight kind of slipped under a bunch of people's radar and it never got the appreciation it deserved. Some savage exchanges in this one.
Don't remember specifically, but Cotto clearly won the fight and then took his foot off the gas in the last few rounds. It wasn't really a close fight imo.
I think I had it 115-113 for Cotto, did not think this was a draw at all. I thought Cotto Clottey was a draw at the least
116-113 Cotto (7-4-1). There were a couple of debatable rounds, including the round I scored even, so I can't really take issue with anyone who scored it a draw. It was an excellent, closely contested fight, where both fighters performed very well and enhanced the credibility of both men, imo.
