Cotto by late TKO. Cotto would punish Ortiz to the body. If the fight is at 154, Cotto carries the weight better and I think he would be stronger.

I'd actually like to see this fight depending on the outcome of May 5th.

Cotto doesn't have **** to prove to me, he is a warrior that has been in with the best and always gives it his best shot.

I agree with the general concensus here, I think Victor folds under pressure but after some exciting fireworks in the early rounds.

If Cotto vs May isnt a wipe out then maybe we could see them fight with the intention to get a Mayweather rematch?

PS. I'd like to see Floyd vs Victor go longer just so I could see Money beat the breaks off him.

 

The Cotto that hadn't been picked by Mayweather as an opponent vs the Ortiz that was picked Mayweather, would get annihilated. Ortiz is a young, hungry lion, whereas Cotto is damaged goods.

But the Cotto that has been picked by Mayweather, would smash him with ease.

Cotto would have to be careful of that explosiveness that Berto brings though...I would pick Cotto to win by stoppage, but wouldn't be surprised if Berto landed something hard on Cotto's chin a few times, and put him down 1-2 times.

I've been thinking about hitting up "Sin City" for the fight on May 5th and possibly meeting up with Ring Master in the process....bottles will most likely be popped and while we rain greenbacks on some phatbacks. Depends on how things are with the wifey. Might be worth the trip to New York.
