Pac will edge it at 144 and below, if the fight was made at 147 I would sat Cotto.

it's a difficult one, Pacs movement and ability to apply controlled pressure could give Cotto fits, but Cotto has only really struggled against big welter's and Pacquiao is certainly not a big 147.

 

It would be to Cotto's disadvantage if they fight at a catch weight,make Manny come up to 147,where Cotto is strong and at his own weight.
