Cotto vs. Pacquiao keys to victory!

Cotto needs perfect timing!!

 

To me it is almost a no win for Pac. If Cotto is healthy, he is superior to Pac in every category except speed, and I would say he is only slightly faster than Cotto.

Cotto will counter Manny when he is reckless, and pound his body until Manny can do nothing but stand and trade in the hope that he gets lucky. This is when Cotto will come on strong and counter a him to death.

 

saw the thread and rewatched the hatton pac fight. just can't help but see pacman destroying cotto early, exspecially with not so solid chin.

 

Watching the Pac - Hatton fight and thinking that is going to resemble this fight or that that shows how good Manny is, is your first and biggest mistake. Hatton is not and has never been a world class fighter, so the win by Manny while it makes waves really means nothing. Cotto is a completely different beast.

 

Good thing Pac has a lot of experience against one of the best active counter punchers then...

 

Cotto will have to box.

i have said it before and ill say it again........pac is being way overrated cause of his wins over a faded and drained oscar and an overrated hatton! cottos is a totally diferent animal! cotto's ring smarts and speed are being way overlooked here. he will adjust to whatever pac brings to the ring and jab and counter him. cotto late round stoppage!
