LOL...I WAS so blazed, i thought it was the weed, but I wasnt tripping at all... the Charter Cable Network in northern cali has a commercial for the upcoming PAVLIK VS. RUBIO / COTTO VS. JENNINGS ppv and at the end of the ****, in big ass letters it reads ... COTTO VS. PAVLIK order with pay per view... im thinking of ordering it, complain afterwards, demand a refund, obviously wont get one so i will...sue the **** outa CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS NET. for false advertizing... i mean, how can I loose...it says it in biiiig bold letters...would it be wrong for me to pay for a fight then actually get another one and demand refund?? any one following?? i need the money...Ill just tell them " listen, i honestly wanted to watch a fight between two payperview stars in PAVLIK VS. COTTO, and NOT pavlik and cotto vs. bean bags...THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!" complain and complain...u think ill get some money out of all this??
makes sense to me, I'll just say i demand compensation cotto vs pavlik was my dream fight and thats what I paid big $$ for instead of buying my kid medicine I bought a falsely advertised PPV. I doubt if they compensate you - but it's always worth a shot. If you get the right person on the phone - you never know what might happen.
It's a recession - you can retrade and rehash everyone these days! You cable company will probably refund you and then give you a free month if you threaten to cancel!
