I think Miguel's ribs would have broke and it be over from there if he got caught with that same shot Shane did. You could hear Shane scream. His facial expression showed that he was ready to cry from the pain.

 

I think Forrest wins, but he will feel Cotto's left to the body before it ends :deal

Forrest beats the crap out of Cotto....not saying Cotto isn't a good fighter...but I wouldn't like that fight for Cotto at all.

 

Forrest will simply beat him down and stop him late . I doubt Cotto makes it 12 rounds with Forrest .

Even the Forrest that beat Mora in the rematch will give Cotto fits .

 

In terms of overall greatness as fighters, I think they are about the same level. However I think Vernon would be a very bad style match up for Cotto, and win a convincing decision.
