I think u r confused my friendo... I am absolutely sure Cotto wanted it @ 147, but seeing that Pac/Roach would not allow that, he then stated that he would not go any less than 145... One thing is wanting and another is willing, 2 completely dif.things....

 

The title of this thread is wrong. Cotto wanted 147, pacquiao wanted 142. They compromised and agreed on 145.
