http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5hZOkWUWKelFDn0wNTO3TosRNo4TQ "The winner of the Hatton-Pacquiao fight, if they want to fight me, I'm here," Cotto said after improving to 33-1 with 27 knockouts. A Pacquaio victory could set up a superfight between him and Cotto.
Yeah right . . . he wants winner of Pacquaio/Hatton . . . can't blame him that's a relatively easy fight for the biggest money he'll be earning so far. But right on top of the ring . . . he said the other three 147 belt holders are welcome if they are interested to fight him.
I think Pacman would cut Cotto up and win via late round stoppage. Unless Cotto can catch him heavy and early.
I bet he ****ing wants them. Easy paydays and probably wins both.. He should be looking at people in his own division right now.
Cotto fighting Pacquiao would be far more exciting than Cotto vs. Hatton. It would be a pure offensive battle with a guaranteed knockout. But Mosley won't be around much longer so Cotto should just take a rematch first.
i don't think so... cotto would be too tough for pac but pac's speed will be a big factor.. i'm actually thinking that it would be a competitive fight although i'll go with cotto via late tko
Cotto wasn't too selective about his future opponents. I think Pacquiao wood be a great fight, and I think he'd smash Hatton.
bloody fight for pac,,this is a recipe for another cut for pac..but cotto can not afford to relax..his statima is still questioned
of course he wants them, they would be far and away the largest pay day(s) of his career. the problem is they dont want him. to say hes a risk is an understatement, hes damn near unbeatable for either of them. if paq wins against ricky hes pursuing pbf, if hatton wins there prolly both retiring. at this point paq and hatton are exclusively interested in super fights, and tune ups, and cotto aint nobodys tune up. And his fight with margo only did 400-450k ppv buys, so apparently hes not super fight material either.
