Cotto was Not selected as Manny's Next Opponent Because He was going to ask for OST's

A naive sucker would believe that. But it's clear to most that Floyd does not and has never wanted to tesst himself against the best Manny Pacquiao.

Then why didnt he accept the rematch with Cotto? Its starting to look as if Manny is ducking fighters who demand drug testing. Its not just about Floyd and Manny anymore.
