No one has said that by going to 145 is ABSOLUTELY going to drain Cotto.


But what I have said with others, is that the reason this fight is at 145 (lower than the WW limit) is too attempt to drain him.

Pac and team want to attempt to drain Cotto. It might or it might not happen but that's the only reason this fight is at 145.
