Cotto will fight again, trust me.

I dont know if it was stupid tactics. He looked pretty good until he got tagged. He had to move forward and impose his will on Pac, and systematically he looked pretty good until he got caught with that monster counter shot. I felt he never really recovered from that shot, and it really just sapped all the strength out of him. From that point forward he was forced to fight a different fight, because he had no strength to continue to impose his will.
I do think a better trainer would have offered him a better way to fight, maybe less punches, more in and out side to side movement, because thats where pac is so dangerous, counter punching inside combinations, and when your throwing to the body, your head is wide open for a counter.

 

I'd like to see him back in the ring. Let him take a couple lesser fighters first and get his **** back together.
