The moment Cotto steps into the ring on Friday vs Clottey he will have engaged 5 of the top 10 Welters in Boxing. This is why I respect Miguel Cotto, win or lose the career has not been a sham. He has the balls to take chances, thats confidence. The man is rarely in a dull fight, he is just good for boxing. Carlos QuinatannaZab JudahMosely Antinio MargaritoJoshua ClotteyNo reason to hate on Cotto, if your a fan of boxing you gotta love the excitement and quality he brings to the table.

he is definitly the man at welterweight. we should criticize boxers more so they take the chances he has.

Well not really - He as the ability and the name to get the fights, he just doesn't want too.

    Which is a real shame.

3 more than Floyd Mayweather, so far.

Though I believe a Pacquiao win for Pretty Boy would quite easily trump the best wins on Cotto's resume.

Shame I don't see the fight happening.

Regardles to weather he won that fight or not ! He's always moving forward looking for the next best fighter and thats all that matters. I feel that Margarito was the better fighter that night and thats all.
