People need to realize that having to cut a lot of weight in boxing not only affects your stamina, punch resistance, and overall level of performance...But there's a reason why Pacquiao's camp love catchweight..It really takes time and focus away from training and gameplan and the focused is shifted to losing weight and not being penalized tons of money for every pound over.

people need to realise that Pac is already small for 147. If Cotto can't make compromises on weight then he shouldn't be negotiating to fight a guy who is like 15lbs smaller than him.

Than there won't be a fight. Pac is the draw & it's his right to dictate the weight, gloves, ringside, etc. If Cotto doesn't like it go in there & take his status from him.

Cotto v.s. Pacman will have to be at 150 if the fight actually happens. Cotto can't fight at 147 while Pacman can't fight at 154. Simple as that.

I'm a fan of both fighters, but people have to realize that it's Cotto who's looking for redemption. Pac isnt calling for the rematch. Its Bob Arum trying to convince Pac to fight Cotto. Secondly, its Cotto who moved up in weight, not Pac. Why should Pac sacrifice and cater to Cotto's comfort zone? If Cotto wants the rematch, he has to go down in weight. If not, he should just go ahead and fight Floyd at 154 where he feels comfortable.

Pacman won a 154 title at a catchweight. Be a real fighter and go up to 154 and fight cotto. Paper champ at 154 pacman is. Cant even make proper weight

Arum, Koncz, Roach, everybody always says "Pac chooses who he fights." So, yes, it is Pac who is calling for the rematch.

Pacquiao's victory over Cotto at a Catchweight is overrated, people are starting to realize that alot of his victories are overrated he weight drained alot of his opponents.

Sounds good but even you know that's a lie. I'm a big fan of Pac but everyone knows that Arum pulls the strings on his puppet Pac. Pac, Roach and Konz have all stated that Pac has stated on several occasions that he is demanding Floyd next. Its Arum who has a different agenda.

Yes maybe Pacquiao is lying when he says that it depends on his promoter Bob Arum.
