Ridiculous thread. Do some of you morons even enjoy boxing? No way should Cotto agree to Pac's ridiculous catch weight and neither should Mosley. They should fight each other and leave Pac in the cold until he's prepared to fight a welterweight on fair terms of fight a light welterweight.

:hi: Both, dumbass - as long as you keep posting ridiculous garbage, I will keep coming in here and "hello" you. Whenever I finish posting and making you look stupid, I will "bye" :hi:

You're doing a pretty good job that yourself mate by denigrating a warrior like Cotto. Why the **** should he boil down to a weight, that's clearly unhealthy for him, just because it suits Pac?

dan-b i usually agree with you, but if cotto really wants the fight he should do it on manny's terms.....manny is p4p number 1.....but i dont think it should be ridiculous....145 is fair i think

Right then gents. Seeing as how dan-b (who I rate highly as a poster) has now come onto this thread I feel I should make my intentions clear. From start to finish this post has been a wind up. It is now 08:40 in the UK and I have been on night shift. Since around 04:00hrs there has been no-one on the British Forum which is where I spend the majority of my time, so I decided to post a 'wind-up' thread. I chose Cotto because whilst not my favourite fighter I knew he is widely respected as a tough boxer and knew that apart from starting a **** thread about the Klits this would get peoples backs up the most.

If I offended anyone (Ricans) in particular then my apologies.

Cotto is still overated though in my opinion and whilst some of my claims were outlandish this one still stands......

Williams, Marg, Floyd and Mosely (with tune up) all beat him. Goodnight (for me), good-day (to you)

145, I believe, is what Cotto has agreed to though is it not? I think this is already enough of a concession. Pac's pound for pound number one because he was prepared to step up to their division and fight. Now these little games are seriously detracting from that. Can you imagine if Floyd tried something like this?

well what has really messed manny up and to a degree hurt his reputation, is these "political advisors" he has aligned himself with.....and roach is not the same humble roach of 3-4 years ago

I agree. Just let the man fight for **** sake. I believe he'd be prepared to do it but, you're right, there are other people influencing his thinking way too much.

Well, 145 is what Cotto wanted and apparently it was good with Roach (although he wanted 143). Now Roach and company are going back to 143 - why is that? 145 is already a catchweight, why keep going down further when Cotto has already stated he will agree to 145?
