I agree, all states should require the testing, Calfornia has one of the worse commissons in the sport, and when you have a local based promoter, promoting a fight, usally the commisson wants to continue making money so they side with that promoter..
much the way they recently did with the Williams Cintron fight... the only way the commisson makes money is if there are fights out here, the Dr gets paid as well.... and they like the money they make from these promoters so they do what ever it takes to keep that company promoting fights in the state... even if it means ****ing over a fighter.

and cotto, he fought almost all the tough wleterweights - margo, mosley, pac etc., what more can you ask for? and when back in 2007 and 2008, cotto should have fought williams? williams back then just lost to quintana so a margo fight is much sensible. you floyd fans always throw some accusations that fighter this could not fight this fighter when you cannot get the timeline straight or the circumstances.

bottomline, pac and cotto has been taking on the toughest of the welterweights and then you have floyd who only had just mosley recently and you guys have the nerve to bash both these fighters.
