sergio martinez at 155 (1st rican to win 4 weight classes, beats a top 3 p4p fighter, gets his name back in the top 5 p4p,further solidifies his resume and maybe a pac rematch)

berto-beat a top 5 undefeated ww,exposes berto, gets his name back up there in the p4p list, adds another undefeated champion to his list, and gets a ww belt

chavez jr-easiest of the 4,good pay day, look real good in winning, beat another undefeated fighter in his prime

margarito-the rematch of the rematches, revenge his loss, posible cheat the first time, gets his confidence back the most out of all 4 fights, probably gets back in the p4p mix,and redemption

whats your guys ideas and thoughts?

He beats Chavez jr, for sure, he should be able to beat Berto. He loses to Margo again, and gets brutally beaten by Martinez.

A sergio martinez fight or berto would be great. I think he can beat them both if he dont get to many powershots then he will proberly lose to a KO..

I would also like to see a rematch between Cotto and Tony

Martinez would be too much for Miguel....but I can see that fight happening and would like to see it. I think that Berto or a rematch with Margarito are also fights people would be interested in seeing. I have a feeling though that Cotto's next fight will most likely be against Margarito in the spring for Cotto's 154lb title. Its a smart fight... Arum promotes both fighters, and he could put both Juanma and Gamboa on the undercard... not against each other, but to build up the looming superfight between the two of them.... and make the whole fight card a Puerto Rican versus Mexican rivalry... it would be PPV of course and I bet it would sell suprsingly well given the loyal Fan base both Margaito and Cotto have. Would either be in Yankee stadium or Cowboy stadium I'd imagine...probably Yankee stadium because I think Cotto might be more of a draw.

Cotto should fight the winner of Berto vs. Zaveck

But... that wont happen because, as i have read in the last few days, some ignorants would rather give Cintron another chance. This is the state of boxing:patsch:verysad

Cotto should take the Margarito fight. Leave Berto at Welterweight - until he actually fights someone with a pulse (since he would never give Collazo a rematch). Chavez Jr. if he just wants a pay day - but please oh please stay away from Martinez.

Martinez is definately the best option. Money titles and an excuse even if he loses. He is too small.

Chavez Jr. is the second best option since he brings in money and i would say that fight is 60-40 in his favor.

Berto brings really nothing to the table other than adding a name to his resume. I mean Berto is not really a name though and if they fight at 154 he doesnt even bring a title.

Margarito is the worse option since i think he will get beaten badly again and probably end his career this time. Margaritos chin is obviously still there and he still has power. I mean he hurt Pac who no one other than JMM has been able to do.

I really want the Martinez fight. I think Cotto has a good shot and if he doesnt win then he jut goes back down to 154.

Him and Mosley have unfinished business but I'm not sure how high the demand for that would be. Margarito-Cotto 2 possibly could work as that would sell well. Cotto actually tagged Margarito throughout the first fight even in the second half so he wasn't running all the time like some say on here. The worst round for Cotto was the 11th but before that he was still landing some punishing shots to Marg though he was losing the mental battle. Marg's willpower may just be too much for Cotto again but I can't say I'm not interested in a rematch. I think revenging Marg's questionable victory over him would do wonders for Cotto and definitely raise his self-confidence.

Call me crazy but I feel right now at this moment Chavez Jr. is more of a dangerous/threat fighter than Margocheato. The Antonio fight should happen no higher than 150. If anything Cotto will agree as always to 154 if Arum says so.

Cotto's best option is JCCJR, a bum that he'll beat in the round he wants to, no problem at all. He better don't even look at SM, because he'll lose badly. I think he beats Margo now(I don't know how long Margo's eye resist taking punishment) and against Berto I simply don't see it happening.

I'd love to see Berto vs Cotto. Martinez would brutalize Cotto! I would favor Margo in the rematch also.

I think he would beat Berto, that would be a good fight for him.A return with Margo would be a good one to watch. Its a risky fight but I bet its one he wants.Id like to see him in with Berto more though,a win over an unbeaten world champ would look better than beating a guy who has done nothing but lose since beating Miguel.
