 If he's been protected his entire career, I would seriously like to see what happens when a fighter isn't protected. He fought a former/future/current world champion 16 times, including the best offensive fighter and best defensive fighter of his generation, who were both ranked by the majority as far and away the top two p4p fighters in the sport. If someone's protecting him, they are only protecting his pride as a competitor.

    Foreman B-
    Clottey B+
    Margarito - C or C+
    Mayorga C or C-
    Manny A

They haven't fought. I just find it laughable how you comment on Yuri twisting his knee, yet laugh off the suggestion when Bradley twisted his ankle against Pac.

At let be honest we all know why you started this thread, you got butt hurt real bad when some poster did a thread on pac's last five opponents. You my friend are very transparent.

Foreman is not a B- fighter and Clottey for damn sure isn't B+

He was away from Top Rank when he fought Floyd...and won 2 rounds.

He got hurt and ran like a ***** once Pac put him down.

When? - Bradley performed better after he twisted his ankle. He got battered 1st half of the fight.

I never got Butt hurt Turbo Time, hates manny for beating up his idol so i take what he says with a pinch of salt.

And Cotto didn't look too good when he did, did he. The move up to 154 did him good.

A lot of people were picking Cotto to lose to Foreman. odds were only 2-1 for Cotto.

Most people don't feel clottey won, not sure how you can try to pass that as some sort of fact , was a very close fight that many people are split on.

But that's besides your point and I agree its not the best 'in class' resume for a number 1 ranked fighter.

Martinez left and Cintron fell off, Kirkland went to jail so that really only left Foreman and Cotto at the helm. They settled it and that's pretty much how Cotto got to #1.
