Cotto's chin is very suspect? Are you still basing your theory on the Corley and Torres fight? That **** was over 3 years ago...lets move on already. Cotto ate judah and Mosley's hardest shots and still was able to walk through them. Trust me Cotto is no longer starving himself to make weight anymore...his chin is more than OK.

 

Margarito is very tough, can punch very hard and he will not take Cotto lightly, he will train very hard as he has been looking forward to this fight for a very long time. I expect to see a very brutal fight.

 

not even close. Gomez was out of his weight class when he fought Sanchez. Which is evident when Gomez decided to go back down and continue his winning ways. Also Gomez made the mistake of abandoning his defense...and he paid the price. Cotto on the other hand is a very controlled and discplined...he is well aware that Margo's only chance to win is to swing away and hope he lands something significant. Cotto will fight the way he did against Abdullaev..systematically break down Margo and go for the kill.

I think Cotto will fight this like the Mosley fight, smart, on his toes, using the backfoot when he has too. He has to be careful not to go toe to toe as Marg will splt his guard with uppercuts. I think Cotto wins on his jabs and speed by UD but probably won't be a war though entertaining. I can even already envision the posters claiming that Cotto ran but he will win.
