Augustas Hit Floyd alot cleaner than Cotto. Judah won the first 3 rounds and he knocked Floyd down. Mosley had Mayweather hurt really bad. Corley, won as many rounds as Cotto and Unlike Cotto he also buzzed Mayweather. Castillo landed the harder shots and clearly did more damage between he and Floyd. Cotto did well but lost decisively and he was hurt very badly in the 12th. I take nothing away from him BUT aside from the Jab he landed upstairs he didn't do anything all that special. Also keep in mind he had advantages in age, weight and gloves that the others didn't share.
did the drunken monk see that last bell? yes or no? bitter!? if u actually read my posts...i thought cotto could win...and i stated what he needed to do. i also stated what would happen if he didn't. i wasn't one of the fools who thought cotto had no chance....or that cotto would be stopped. i knew it wouldn't happen like that. i can go back and show u those posts if u'd like. above all...i am a boxing fan, not a boxer fan. there is a difference. i don't get all butt hurt if someone i picked to win loses. i understand that in boxing....anything can happen. i don't always get my predictions right...but i can tell u that i get them right more than i get them wrong. there's no reason to get homotional because i don't see things the way u do. there's no reason to call anyone names either. i have my opinion. u have urs. we don't always have to agree. if we all thought the same...this would be a boring place.
Cotto fans are disgusting. The worst fans on ESB. Worse then *******s. Lost 10 and 9 rounds on the judges scorecards. ****ed up face. Pissing blood. Being rocked around the ring by former 130lber with 10 ounce gloves on, and they are sucking eachothers dicks. I hate Cotto fans. More then Pacquiao fans. Alteast they have a fighter who actually wins his big fights. They take moral victories over lasting against Mayweather and giving him a blood nose lol.
Cotto landed 31 of 170+ jabs thrown. 17% and his fans are gushing over it like its ****ign prime Oscar or Ike Quartey lol.
wow. there's a lot of homotion in ur post here. pissing blood? did floyd even land significant body shots? u know 10oz gloves are the norm at 154, right? floyd didn't want him to fight at 147...where 10oz gloves are also the norm in las vegas. floyd chose to challenge himself. weren't u one of the guys saying floyd was going to stop cotto?
No he was definitely hurt, but his adrenaline and heart kept him on his feet (not to mention, momentarily landed on floyd) Nothing to be ashamed of, he fought as hard as he could!
momentarily stunned...ok. but he was no where near being ready to be taken out as others are suggesting. if that was the case...he would have been retreating instead.
Are you sure im the biased one? Mosley rocked mayweather for a minute in round 2 and got shut out the rest of the fight, judah gave mayweather hell in the first few rounds but then he gassed and mayweather figured his timing out Cotto hands down gave floyd the toughest fight of his career. Cotto snapped mayweathers head back with hooks consistantly and alot of mayweathers looping right hooks were partially blocked...
You mad? :yep Relax, I can completely understand your point of view but trust me when I tell you that you are also swaying on the side of complete and utter indulgence pertaining to PBF's victory. It was hard fought and the cards did not clearly tell the full story of the fight. I agree Floyd showed his pedigree and he won clear UD but to lump all Cotto fans (Im a huge fan of his) in your self created, self righteous gaded community is ****ing ill bred my dude.
That's the thing is, if most of this **** wasn't coming from "Cotto(e) fans" or "Floyd haters" then I'd give it a little more creadence. But it's not.... Whatever, I can agree to disagree.
Yes you are being quite biased, If anyone was getting their head snapped consistently it was Cotto NOT Floyd. Furthermore if Cotto performed better than Mayweather (as you claim) he would've won more than 2 or 3 rounds, and if he landed the harder shots (as you claim) than the SMALLER Mayweather would've been the one hurt or pissing blood and getting rushed to the hospital, not the other way around. Anyone who claims that this fight was tougher than the first JLC fight is full of ****, that fight could've been scored either way in Castillo definitely did more damage than Floyd did against him. Floyd was just being nice to Cotto, thats it.
Cotto put up a good fight BUT there are those here like the TS who are trying to make this fight sound like the first JLC fight where PBF really was lucky to keep his 0, instead of what it really was; A great fighter decisively beating a very good and determined fighter (with advantages) at his own game.
