    The guy is damaged goods

he's tenderized meat from Margarito and Pacquiao

That's why he's actively avoided any punchers ever since the horrific Pac beatdown

after that, the closest thing to a puncher he's faced is slow as syrup, one eyed Margo, but then again, that probably doesn't count as according to Cotto's fans, Margo ¨cant punch worth **** without bricks¨. Even then, Margo still marked Cotto's face, despite not landing much (and while using softer gloves and being weight drained, following Cotto's diva whims)

He hasn't faced anyone who can bang in years:

Mayweather - almost KO'd the kneecan in the last round (THIS IS PRETTY DAMNING EVIDENCE AS FLOYD IS PILLOWFISTED AS ****)

Delvin Rodriguez - a bum (pillowfisted too boot)

Trout - cant punch worth ****, and he still stunned Cotto several times down the stretch with his straight left hand

Martinez - He used to be dangerous puncher, but that was before he became the pitiful cripple that Cotto fought. Cotto's team of vultures did a good research job on him, they knew the now retired Maravilla was done and ripe for the taking.

Geale - pillowfisted AND weight drained

Cotto's punch resistance is awful, just smoke and mirrors just like his ¨reign¨ at MW. GGG would put him in a coma, if Canelo doesn't do it first. Canelo is by far the hardest puncher Cotto has fought since Pacquiao, and unlike Cotto's typical opponent, he wont' be handicapped, weight drained, or old. I think Cotto will fold quickly once he starts feeling the superior power and will bend the knee again

lol @ Cotto nuthuggers whining at the fact that Cotto cant take a punch and was put on ***** street by Floyd ¨can-only-drop-guys-if-I-sucker-punch- them¨ Mayweather

on the other hand, Canelo's coming from bombing out the hardest puncher in the 154 division in Kirkland, he also destroyed el Perro, another very hard puncher, neither was able to hurt Canelo.

Ginger's punch resistance is great atm, Cotto's power wont' be nothing to write home about for him. Cotto's only hope to win is to run and try to outbox ginger, if he trades with Canelo he gets starched

Your logic for Cotto having no chin is flawed.

He got knocked out by Pacquiao (and your point)

He got knocked out with bricks (and your point)

Yeah, and he's done everything to avoid punchers since then (I don't think Margo ever needed bricks to beat Cotto, the rematch was going very similar to the first match, just this time Margo's eye fell off)

why? because his chin is gone, he cant take hard punches anymore

He got put on ***** street by pillowfisted Floyd

he was stunned by pillowfisted Trout

all his recent opponents can't punch or are handicaped (or both)

last time Cotto faced a huge puncher (who was in shape) was Pacquiao, didn't end well for him. Cotto's more deteriorated now, he'll get pummeled in close quarters by the younger, stronger ginger

Why do the majority of posters have to be so fanatic instead of boxing fans. Learn to be objective when looking at fighters even when they are fighting the guy you like. You can be a fan of Pacquiao and admire the ability of Floyd and vice versa.

But every time there's a fight both sides of fan camps denigrate one or the other fighter to convince themselves that their boxer is better. Is just stupid and childish to think like that. A real boxing fan would appreciate how hard it is to fight at the highest level and stay there for a long time. And no one retires undefeated and everyone gets Koed in their careers. Only Marciano and to this point Floyd have been able to avoid it.

Is that why a good 75% of posters picked Sergio to beat Cotto?
