    most notable Wins-
Ricardo Torres-undefeated at time of fight
Paul Malignaggi-undefeated at time of fight
Carlos Quintana-undefeated at time of fight
Zab Juddah-was suppose to tear Miguels head off
Shane Mosely-was suppose to be too fast for Miguel
Alfonso Gomez-had won the contender series
Joshua Clottey-was one of the most avoided names at 147
Yuri Foreman-went up in weight to face the undefeated champ
Antonio Margarito- Avenged his toughest loss and finally put to rest his demons...

    only Losses-
Antonio Margarito-Margarito was one of the most avoided fighters and
Cotto took him head on in a FOTY candidate (never mind tony is suspect)
Manny Paquiao-P4P #1 fighter in the world at time of their fight
Floyed Mayweather-P4P #1 fighter in the world at time of their fight ATG top 20 imo....

    HOF worthy? Discuss...

Ricardo Torres-undefeated at time of fight: Really good win
Paul Malignaggi-undefeated at time of fight: Really good win
Carlos Quintana-undefeated at time of fight: Really good win
These are all very good wins. Cotto is one of the best light welterweights of all time.

Zab Juddah-was suppose to tear Miguels head off: How tose he do with out the low blows?
Shane Mosely-was suppose to be too fast for Miguel: Did better than a lot of people thought he would. It was a very close bout. I doubt he'd repeat his win in a rematch.

Alfonso Gomez-had won the contender series: Gomez is far from world class, but he's better than given crdit for. A good win.

Joshua Clottey-was one of the most avoided names at 147 . This is the fight that convinced Pacquiao that Cotto was a safe oppoent.

Yuri Foreman-went up in weight to face the undefeated champ: Foreman would have out boxed him if he had 2 good legs.

Antonio Margarito- Avenged his toughest loss and finally put to rest his demons: After taking beatings from Mosley and Pacquiao Margarito was damaged goods.

All things considered he a Hall of Fammer.

  5. My boy Margarito tore into that Boricua ass, but Cotto got my respect. HOF for sure. Fought everyone, unlike a certain slickster.

Right, i'm a big Miguel fan and i appreciate that you are aswell, but stop chatting ****. Zab Judah was not - in any way, shape or form - supposed to tear Cotto's head off. Cotto was a big favourite for that fight and rightly so. He was also the favourite in the Mosley fight.

That said, Miguel is absolutely a future HOF'er and rightly so. The man is a warrior with a fine CV and he takes on all comers. He's fantastic for the sport and i hope he fights and beats Canelo in December!

  9. Stab Judah hit Cotto with some crispy ass uppercuts.

Zab almost did knock Cotto' head off. Cotto had to bust zabs nuts to survive. I haven't liked Cotto since. To me he's like pac. A fake good guy. But if you look closely he's one of the most dirty fighters of this generation. Karma is a *****. Margo handled that.

Cotto is a true warrior and easily a HOF'er. He should go in the first year he is eligible.

He also took out a really good Randall Bailey on his way up.

Shane earned the decision against Cotto. Cotto is not hall of fame worthy based on the fact that he has never been a linear champion or the best fighter at his chosen weight. He is a high class contender that was moved extremely carefully until Arum decided to cash him out.
