I have to say I find it really odd that no ones has gotten this right yet. I believe it's what you call a heart rate monitor. This must confuse some Cotto haters though, as they claim he doesn't have a heart.

during a fight, it rates your heart to see how good you did....like for example...

"yo, that ni99a got heart"
or
"**** that *****, i would rather die in the ring... he aint got no heart"

so when he wears this, he can actually tell who's saying what, and when....

 

I think it has something to with with the heart and I guess it monitors some sort of rate that deals with the heart. As far as what that rate is that it actually measures? No ****ing clue. Technology is so complicated these days.
