    Step in with a jab at the same time as the other fighter walks right in to it. Schoolbook example.

    Can be a very deceptively powerful punch. You need to have good timing to land it, if you time it wrong it can backfire badly and you can be the one getting heavily countered.

    not to toot my own horn but i was a beast at that, but missing it is dangerous.

    Same as at my gym, i felt a lot of power can be generation.

    If your "sitting down" you can generate a tremendous amount of power with the step.

    Yeah, getting hit with a stepping jab ****ing sucks. It's like getting hit with a ****ing cross or something.

    clottey stepped with his left foot forward, was unable to balance with his right foot next because he got hit by a jab on his right. Excellent shot from Cotto.
