    in all of these contests?

    marquez vs gamboa
    hatton vs witter
    cotto vs margarito
    guzman vs pacquiao
    haye vs klitscho
    p.williams vs berto

although we would have a big favourite in all of these contests i think they would all be interesting matchups

    Well not easily... but...

Let's wait with Gamboa a few months... he's not yet fighting vs. the elite
    Hatton UD/TKO (easy)
    Cotto UD (easy)
Guzman vs. PacMan... hm... tough one... hm... Roach will do ANYTHING to avoid Guzman and that says something... 50-50 IMO
Wowa by KO (he SHOULD be the heavy favorie but both guys could walk into something big)
At this stage of Berto's career, I'm with Williams UD (punch output, reach advantage, jab, not easy to hit).

Marquez UD (A bit early yet for Gamboa)
Witter UD (though might cut Ricky up)
    Cotto UD
    Pacman UD
    Klitschko KO 5
    Williams UD

Nopes . . . those are all 50/50 fights except for Haye/Klits and Williams/Berto. I'd easily pick Klits and Williams in those fights. :yep

Not sure if Gamboa could handle Marquez yet, but he's pretty damn impressive so far.

I'll call that one after Hatton beats Lazcano

Cotto v Margorito is the REAL deal fight I want to see in the WW division, screw PBF v Cotto, this is THE matchup. Margorito can take a great shot and won't stop pressuring Cotto, can Cotto handle a focused Margorito? I'd still pick Cotto, but I give Tony a decent to fair chance of pulling it out.

Guzman over Pac, but very close, like 115-113, and very controversial.

Haye has a punchers chance, but that said, his chin is as bad or worse than Wlads, and Wlad has a HUGE size advantage.

Williams would out work Berto right now, but give Berto another year or two.

-maybe later Gamboa would b ready, but UD or stoppage for JMM
-HAtton vs Witter, its pretty even, i guess whomever has better head movement
    -Margarito by late stoppage
    -Guzman UD or late stoppage
    -Klit's jab will win
    -give Berto some time...Williams UD

cotto vs margarito cotto wins a ud
guzman vs pacquiao pacquiao stops him (at this moment in time)
haye vs klitscho klitscho k.o before the 3rd

Marquez vs Gamboa - Gamboa's the best prospect in boxing right now, but it's to early to really tell how he'd go. Marquez UD

Hatton vs Witter - Witter close UD

Cotto vs Margarito - Cotto Wide UD or Late TKO (cuts/accumilation)

Guzman vs Pacquiao - Guzman 117-111ish

Haye vs Klitscho - Klitschko KO

    P.Williams vs Berto - Williams UD/Late TKO

the easiest for me is haye vs wlad - i think wlad easily keeps haye at the end of his jab as long as he wants, then starts dissecting him for a few rounds, then knocks him out

and PW i think has no problem with berto

    just imo

    but very good list

    I'd confidently pick:

    Marquez
    Hatton
    Cotto
    Pacquiao
    Klitschko
    Williams

Cotto-Margarito is probably the closest to happening out of those mentioned on the list. And people are going to be surprised at what a savage ass kicking Cotto gives him, even though Margarito is a solid fighter.

I really have never realized what people see in Andre Berto, particularly when people say that he's the heir apparent for the welterweight crown. The dude just gets hit way too easily. He would never be able to duplicate the kind of performance Quintana put up to overcome PW's reach advantage.
