    Good call.

Johansen was basicaly a two hit wonder.

Nobody should have been able to do that to Machen, and then he did it to Patterson.

    Sure.

Mayorga is 2-0 vs. Forrest... KO3 and WMD12

Barkley is 2-0 vs Hearns... KO3 and WSD12

Now, how about another opponent? Hmmm...

Well, Mayorga also beat Andrew Lewis KO5 (also NC2) and a washed up Vargas WMD12.

Barkley also beat Van Horn KO2.

Luis Santana went 2-1 vs. Terry Norris (both wins by DQ due to great acting by Santana) Santana went 42-17-2 (31) and never came close to beating any other notable fighter before or after his fight with Norris.

Crisanto Espana stopped Meldrick Taylor in 8 but was beat badly by Quartey. These were his only big fights.

Steve Little fought everybody and he lost to everybody... except for Michael Nunn (WSD12 for the WBA SMW belt).

Merqui Sosa fought everybody and usually lost to the big names but he did manage to beat Glenn Johnson and Charles Williams.

Johansson only lost to Patterson though. He also beat Cooper KO5, Machen KO1, and London W12 among others. Joe Erskine KO13 and Heinz Neuhaus KO4 were pretty decent as well.

His resume isn't the best but Ingo was pretty damn good. 26-2 (17) overall and 1-2 (1) in HW WOrld Title Fights (all vs. Patterson).

Mike Weaver knocked out John Tate in the 15th round while down on points. He stopped Gerrie Coetzee in 13 while ahead by just a point or two. He stopped Carl "The Truth" Williams in 2 as well. That was about it for him. He usually gave it his all but take away Tate and Coetzee and you take away his title reign.

Don't forget that Mike also dropped Tillis from the unbeaten ranks in a title defense, and got robbed by a draw in the Dokes rematch. Bert Cooper was a startling late career win, and he handed DuPlooy his first defeat. Weaver was more than a one hit wonder. He was the most substantial WBA champion during the reign of Holmes, the only other claimant with as many as two successful defenses.

Barkley seemed to be a one hit wonder, and he beat Van Horn. If they can win once they can do it again. Something made them good enough to get that first upset.

If he got Thomas and Page on their best night, Ingo's looking at a loss.Other than there best, he probably could pull if off.Same with Coetzee and Tate. Then again, he probably could coldcock Tate in even his best night.

I can't give Spinks a chance against Witherspoon. For him to beat Smith or Berbick, I can believe that. Witherspoon? Nope. Even Tucker feels like a stretch. If we're talking about their championship forms...that's a different story. Sorry, I'm matching them head-to-head. I guess a sloppy Witherspoon (i.e. Bruno) is there for the taking, but I'd never give it to Spinks if he fought the 'Spoon that took on Holmes.

Patterson would out speed Spinks to a KO. Prepared or not Spinks was a crude talent with very little refined skill. Neon Leon has 'a punch', but it's nothing like Ingo's Bingo.

Don't get me wrong, I like Leon, he's just a crude fighter with an amount of heart that Holyfield would blush at if Leon could get it on display (which in itself was a rare moment).
