Could a ''prime'' Mike Tyson truly beat the Buster Douglas of February 11th 1990?

I think an in shape peak Tyson gets to 7 out of 10 times. Tyson was not throwing punches in bunches and didn't show his former head movement.

Holyfield beats Tyson anytime at their relative peaks.

I think Tyson at his best would have struggled but come out victorious. It's well known that Tyson did not prepare well for that fight, he was dropped by Greg Page in sparring in the lead up to the fight, I wouldn't expect Page to drop a peak Tyson just like I wouldn't expect peak Tyson to lose to peak Douglas.

the evidence is that pre prison tyson beats good jabbers, with only douglas the evidence to the contrary. whereas for comparison, we can tell that wlad k can be easily beaten by serial semi-decent journeymen...simply because he was beaten by them, the evidence is there in spades, not just a one off.

therefore he would probably ave beaten dougie.
but you cant rule dougie out, not nearly enough. he was something else that night.
