I agree he could, but hes not in the "Punchers" category is he really. Solid puncher with speed, but yes your right he could hit !

I would give prime WK a decent shout of a stoppage win with his much heavier hands but hedge it with Ali decision which is probably most likely outcome.

Yes it would. I just don't see how Ali can win against a fella that maximises such huge advantages over him..I know its not the true sign of why he would win Wlad with his size, but they really are huge men next to a 6ft 2" 15 stone man in Ali. Ali would be the one being cupped round the back of the head and pushed/leaned on this time. Someone mentioned Ali's game is the clinch/tire tactic against Wlad a few posts ago when they come together....That's just not correct in anyway. How does a much smaller man do that??? Its not the smaller mans choice is it, he cant physically do it

I'd like to see Ali's gas tank after 8/9 rounds with a much bigger man pulling leaning using his size every second of the fight

This. Ali could punch when he wanted to, but prefered to dance and toy with his opponent. However, If an opponent kept him pinned against the ropes or knocked him down Ali would stand his ground and let his hands go and had know problem rocking even very durable fighters.

Foreman was feeling every flush right hand Ali put on when Foreman kept pinning Ali up against the ropes.

Ali started off dancing until Wepner dropped him. After the knockdown Ali stopped dancing and stood in front of Wepner and gave him a complete beating with left hooks and crosses that Wepner was feeling every bit of.

Joe Frazier would leave that china chinned oaf in a puddle in the ring about round 8-10.

Yes he was, he's a big fella they would feel it, but there's been hit clean and feeling it and being hit and dropped like he was with Lyle. Ali was a strong puncher, but imo not heavy handed

Wlad has the power to stop Joe, Joes my favourite heavy ever, but I see Wlad standing over him quite early

Yeah, and he had the power to stop Corrie Sanders too!, Ross Purity, etc. Joe sets a wicked pace where Wlad has to fight every second of the round, he wilts like lettuce in July and the ref rescues Wlad

Toney never faced a fight like GGG with thubbing power, great jab, and ability to cut off the ring. I favor GGG to UD Toney.

Ublike Ali, Frazier applied non-stop pressure and was an elite inside fighter who had a will like no other. Hell, Foreman knocked him down three times and still, he got up to fight. Frazier stops Wlad in ten. I just don't see Wlad being able to keep Frazier off of him. Think Mayorga vs Vernon

Joe has a problem with bigger stronger men, Wlad could stop Joe early before he warms in to it..I have Tyson stopping Joe in 2 rounds too down to styles. Fastest starter ever against a notoriously slow starter in Joe. Corrie Sanders was in a much better position to catch Wlad than Joe would be..To much is made of Wlad being chinny and mentally weak. If that was the case most fighters would want to be chinny and mentally weak with the 10 yr run and results he got with them attributes lol
