Adamek/Chagaev and Adamek/Chambers would be the most interesting to me. Toss-ups, I think.

Yes. I'm not sure if he'd be favored in one or two cases, like Chagaev, but he could beat them all.

As a fan of Adamek, and Wlad, this is how I see it against some of the more meaningful names.

    Adamek, imo, beats....

    - Brock
    - Austin
    - Byrd 2
    - Mercer (based on Adamek moving, using the ring, and outboxing him)
    - Monte
    - Rahman
    - Thompson

Not sure if he could beat

    - Peter from the second fight
    - Chagaev
    - Sultan
    - Chambers

    I think he loses to
    - Peter from the first fight
    - Brewster
    - Sanders
    - Byrd from the first fight

I agree these two wins bring Brewster undeserved fame. Adamek doesn't have Wlad's vaseline problems and he is smarter than Golota for not wearing too large shoes in championship fight.

Against Prime Byrd and Sultan he could have some problems and fights with them would be close. But against rest - easily...

i respect adamek very much, but come on, byrd would school him. byrd was a very good fighter, and very difficult to fight. chambers vs adamek is a toss up, and i'm sure that ibragimov and peter of the first fight would knock adamek out. thompson would win a close ud against adamek, chagaev is a toss up but adamek could take it. i'm not even sure if adamek is able to beat povetkin

Adamek has a chance to beat all of the of course, if he is well prepared (always is).

However he would have a lot problems against Sanders and Byrd, he should be underdog there. Against Peter and Brewster I see close decisions (as against Arreola), but due to their power there moght be a KO if something goes bad. Chagaev, Ibragimov and Chambers dont have enough power to hurt Adamek seriously and he would probably win decisions. There might be a close fight against Thompson too. The rest of Wlad's oppionents gets outboxed or KOed.

:patschByrd would have decisively beat up on Adamek. And Brewster might have landed a bomb on adamek and it would be over, Adameks chin isnt that good to me at heavy.. Arreola had him hurt and hes lucky arreola wasnt in shape or we would have jumped on him faster and had him out, even washed up Grant had him hurt... Prime Peter would have kod him, Corrie Sanders a prime Jammel Mccline, maybe Brock and probably Thompson too. ... I think Chambers -Adamek is closely matched but if i was forced to pick id go with Chambers...
Igive my props to adamek to jump from LH and crusier then to be a HW contender is an accomplishment... But hth at heavyweight hes nothing special very overrated at heavy.

    Lucky against Golota?

I remember him destroying Golota with ease no luck needed

Byrd was also past his prime and on the way down at that time, and you cant compare Golota with adamek these guys have 2 different styles, and Golota had a huge size advantage, Adamek and Byrd are around the same size.... WOuldnt matter that Byrd wasnt a big puncher hed tag adamek enough to get his respect and is much faster and mobile, his Jab would be in Adameks face all night... **** Byrd is a bigger and maybe faster version of Dawson who outboxed adamek. Adamek would have hhis moments but Byrds wins a clear decision 117-111 Byrd.

He could, but it's very unlikely. He'd have massive problems against:

    McCline
    Byrd
    Sanders
    Brewster
    Peter
    Ibragimov
    Chagaev
    Chambers
    Thompson

Those are pretty much all toss-ups, as far as I'm concerned. So it's pretty unlikely that he wins all of them.

Not too many are mentioning Mccline... Adamek would have had major problems with a prime Jameel Mcline he would have got knocked out. Corrie Sanders would have also been all wrong for Adamek... Hell even know Adamek better stay away from Tony Thompson whose slowed down but still too dangerous for adamek to call out.

No way Golata was way bigger at 6-4 237 to Byrds 6-1 210 and Adamek is 6-1 1/2 213.. One other thing you failed to mention is that Byrd was already on the slide when he faced Golota, this was 4 years after the Wlad Klitchko fight (where he got beat up). Byrds legs werent as good and hes was starting to get hit when as before he was hard to hit and elusive... Young Byrd is to fast to good for Adamek hed outbox him and win a clear decision.
