Byrd, Thompson, Sander's, Chageav, Ibragimov, and Chamber's could beat Adamek in my opinion. I don't consider Tomasz to be Wlad's hardest opponent, to date. More on the same level he's been fighting for the last few years....

No. Wlad's best 6 or 7 wins plus Sanders and prime Brewster would probably have too much for Adamek. I'm a fan, but think he should have stayed at CW for the sake of his legacy.

  4. I see him losing against prime Byrd and the ridiculously underrated Tony Thompson.

I think Botha of 2001 could give Adamek trouble as well.

No. He's kind of like a worse version of Ibragimov when you get down to it.

Do our Polish couson here really give Adamek a shot againt Wlad ?

as a LHW he was a beast but hes had tough fights with some pretty average Heavies , basically getting by on his superior skill and ability.

Surely hes just too small for Wlad ?

Dont get me wrong I have all the respect ion the world for him and if they were roughly the same size I think he'd leather Wlad , but they aint.

Adamek is smart in the ring. It is highly unlikely, but he can win. You cant count him out before the fight started. Stranger things happened in boxing (Tyson-Douglas). Adamek is a warrior:bbb

    I would favor Byrd.

Chambers, Sultan, and boxers like that could be competitive toss ups. He would probably outbox the big lugs like Peter.

To be honest I don't think adamek fares to well in h2h fantasy matchups at heavyweight.

He best I can say is this, he'd make it a close fight vs them all, probably win half and lose half.

That being said I would favour him in september if he fought vitali. I think he has the style to outbox vitali.

Rather than going back too far, I will just go over the last 7 years...

Byrd, Chambers, Ibragimov, Chagaev, Peter, Brock, and Thompson would all be favored over Adamek at the point in which they fought Wlad. I would give everyone that Wlad has fought in the last 6 years or so a good chance against Adamek to be honest. Along with the ones I mentioned, that includes Brewster, Rahman, and Austin, as well. Adamek is a very good fighter, but let's not get carried away just yet. A MD over Arreola, UD over Grant, and TKO over Maddalone honestly doesn't show me that he is superior to all of Wlad's opponents.

Thats true , Wlads loss to brewster was probably longer odds than this fight.

I'll be supporting Adamek in the fight anyway , but its a big ask !

  14. To be fair, I don't see how the hell Chambers can be Adamek. Adamek has all the things that Chambers has, with extra endurance. I'm a huge fan of Chambers style and everything, but Adamek would beat him all ends up.

True, and although Chambers is "fast" he has limited mobility, which is one of Adamek's natural skills and strong points.
