    I doubt it...

Fury would get under his skin so fast. make him doubt himself. make him crack.

    easy work.

His smack talk is overrated.. The real question should be If "Whale" Fury can handle a tough training camp?.

I don't think Fury would be as confident against younger fighters as he was against Wlad.

There's a reason he folded like a lawn chair claiming to be suicidal and whatever other nonsense he spewed after his little 15 minutes. AJ proves it in the ring. Not twitter.

Fury had the time in the sun. Until he actually fight again, his nonsense talk means zipp.

I don't think Fury's talking would effect Joshua's performance in a potential fight.
But sometime during the build up it could have the effect of making AJ lose his cool and let the "nice guy" image slip a bit.

I don't think Fury's talk matters. If he ever gets in shape he's so much a better boxer than the rest of them he doesn't need to talk. The talking is just a sideshow, he doesn't rely on it.

His latest pic on twitter is funny though ...

Historically it seems AJ doesn't really attempt to "verbally spar." He just shuts up and shrugs whenever someone starts going after him. It's kind kind of a weak thing to do, but it works well enough, and it would probably be an adequate strategy against Fury.

Wlad, on the other hand, likes to pretend he's clever and educated, and tried to take it back to Fury.

That was not a good idea.

That getting in someone's head only works in so many cases. Usually you have to be a big puncher or a ring marvell to make your opponent doubt his life choices.
Joshua knows that if he lands clean, Fury would be gone for sure, so he will always have that reassurance.

I don't think Fury will ever retake the actual championship anyway. Maybe a stray belt, but I even doubt that.
There's so many issues he has to overcome to even enter a ring again, and if and when that happens, which version will we get?
I really doubt it will be the Wlad fight version, because of the obvious reasons.

Could Fury handle the bright lights? When he became champion he could not cope. He wouldn't deal with the build up well.
