Oh the Ali knocking out total tomato cans? The K brothers have highlight reels of knocking out 100 bums, chose your favorite You're a fool because you think Ali would be able to pick off shots against either K brother without taking any damage himself. That exposes you as a troll. Ali would land, but he'd also have to absorb punishment himself and anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool. Note I am not saying Ali would get knocked out or can't win. I am just saying it wouldn't be a walk in the park, that much is clear even to the biggest Ali worshipers.
He's toying with an opponent that is beyond terrible skill wise. Ali also looks a bit bigger than him...he won that fight by UD 15. All logic points to Wladimir winning.
that's true. sadly it's all they've got. not their fault, of course, they beat what there is to beat, but don't mistake beating up the likes of thompson, haye and arreola with mixing with the likes of foreman, frazier and ali.
Ali got knocked out by LHW journeyman Henry Cooper and he and his team resorted to cheating to survive in that fight. If this fight were to happen today Ali would need to show the ref that he is ok to continue, which he wouldn't be able to do, and the fight would be waved off. He got knocked down and got up. If the bell had not rang im sure he would of just held on until his head cleared.
Difficult fight for Ali. Wlad is faster, more agile as the guy Ali fought against in the vid. His power is devastating. I don't think that Foreman was more dangerous or had more power in his punches. Right now I'd say that Wlad is really on top with respect to power punching. Prime Ali was excellent though and would've been able to avoid the KO. If he would've won by points - I don't think so. Prime Lewis would've been the only one out there who would've been a real threat to the current version of Wlad. Vitali is too old now. He'd also not win against Wlad anymore.
Historically two boxers stand out above all the rest for athleticism and grace. Ali and Robinson. For pure beauty in motion, those two take the cake. But Ali was not invincible. Frazier and Norton beat Ali, and Wlad would have eaten Frazier's and Norton's lunches. Bugner? You are comparing Bugner to Wlad? Bugner was a good fighter, he was able to go the distance with Ali, but Bugner would have been just another one of Wlad's 51 KO's. Ali had the grace, reflexes and athleticism, Wlad has the height, reach, strength and power. Who wouldn't give a pretty penny to see that fight? My God, when are our bloody scientists going to get off their butts and give us a time machine? Useless wastes of space.
