Could an impressive KO/TKO win for Maidana put him into the Mayweather sweepstakes?

Would be an easy matchup to make@147 for November/December time then Floyd could wrap it up against Khan and Canelo in 2013 before retiring.

id say kahn vs peterson 2 winner or berto vs ortiz 2 winner at best.

Maidana has precisely zero tools to beat Mayweather.

He's the perfect candidate for a Mayweather opponent: undersized, just credible enough so the pro-Floyd community can make some kind of argument, and totally outclassed.

Of all the current fighters i give Khan the best chance of beating Mayweather due to his speed, reach and style. Pacman is a superb fighter and a legend but he would get picked off with ease. Khan could try to stay outside and land speedy jabs and combos to rack up points. Khan struggles with pressure fighters and Mayweather is an expert in a taylor made style for him
