Could Andre Ward sell out an 80,000 seater stadium like George Groves did?

Easily. And he could do it in the US or over in the UK as well. In fact, if he were to grace the shores of Britain with his presence a fight between him and Froch would likely exceed the 80,000 turnout for Froch-Groves II, IMHO.

Groves was a huge part in that fight doing what it did he sold it using froch. That said I think a ward rematch could be built up well but it would take a bit of work but they could build of the groves fight

LOL. He's boxing's most deluded man his last fight sold 4,000 tickets out of 11,000 and did abysmal numbers on HBO but he claims he's draw.

Brook sells out arena's in his hometown with a capcity of 13,500

Ward fails to even half sell out 11,000 seater arenas.

    So no, he's not. :hi:

Pound for pound ranking is irrelevant. Rigondeaux in nearly all top 10's you see, yet his fights do terrible numbers and HBO won't even show him.

Brook has sold out arena's with more than 3 times as many people in attendance as Ward gets for his fights, he also does bigger numbers on Sky Sports than Ward does on HBO despite being available to less households.

Sorry but these are facts. Brook has fans outside his own family, Ward does not. :hi:

Currently no chance at all. He'd do well to break 8,000 let alone 80,000. When was the last time a fight in the US had an audience that big?

Being a Ward fan is a lonely life not too many of us around. He needs to reestablish himself again by actually fighting.

Even if Ward would travel over to the UK to fight I don't think the fight would sell like Froch/Groves II. That fight had a dramatic and controversial first fight to sell the second one as well as a lot of bad blood between Froch and Groves.

Froch's promoter says there is no chance Wembley would even be considered for a rematch because Ward's not a draw, so I doubt it.

well i suppose hed know more then me but i would think the UK rarely gets a megafight in there own country so they would flock to see the 2 best 168s go at it.
