Could any boxer besides Ali outbox Frazier?

Many would agree with you but I dont see it as Tua having a better chin than Frazier. I doubt his chin is as good. What Tua had was a glass mind. He ate a couple decent right hands from Lewis and made that silent agreement Teddy Atlas refers to.
I dont believe Joe Frazier would ever be content pretending to go after a guy. Joe would be coming in and find out who the man is. Maybe it would be Lewis but Joe is gonna find out. + Tua was pretty slow especially for Lewis as his weight had gone up. He was powerful but lacked many of the ingredients of a Joe Frazier.

 

Technically this is true though Joe Frazier might be the only one who could have done it. Ali fought a tremendous fight and I cant think of another heavyweight who could have taken the punches Frazier took that night to get inside and kick Ali's a$$.

I don't know what you'd call what Foreman did to Frazier, but certainly a major part of it was out-boxing him, IMO. It was smart boxing that put George in position to land the punches that he did. If he had chosen not to go for the kayo, Foreman would have continued to out-box him for the scheduled distance.
