Could any fighters at welterweight match hearns power

I agree that Cuevas was the only one that hit as hard as Tommy. Maybe harder one shot but not sure. Neck and Neck

 

Ray Robinsons left hook was just as strong as Tommy's right hand.

 

That depended on how his hands were wrapped.

 

Hearns was a freak at that weight- SRR fought a very high quality of opponent consistently and had some very serious KO's in his first 100 fights- SRR was a more complete fighter, puncher,boxer but Hearns may have been tops for power
