I tend to think Frazier gets smashed on the way in and be kept on the end of the jab for the most part. The point is even inside Lewis has the uppercut equaliser.

The Mercer fight Lewis underperformed but then he dominated Holyfield, Tyson and Tua

Maybe more prepared Bonavena or like prime Marciano or Baer!
Guys with good right had chance of stopping Frazier!Tyson and Liston did not have that good right as those fellas I mentioned!

Don't forget Lewis ate Mike alive with uppercuts. George ate Joe alive with uppercuts. Lennox could absolute do it if his temperment allows him.

Frazier would be far more aggressive than Tyson was, Mike was badly faded when he met Lewis.

Tyson was a better combo puncher than Baer and Bonavena.

Frazier jabbed a lot of Ali`s jabs in their first bout with his jerky, erratic bobbing and weaving.

Mike was aggressive early, he just didn't want to or couldn't keep it up. Fight would have ended much faster if Lennox's hand hadn't broken.

Maybe but he did not have reach and strong right hand! His combos do not work on someone with decent chin and he did not have one punch power output like Baer who had the strongest right in boxing along with Marciano and Shavers!

Well according to some people, frazier was a glass jawed 1 dimensional fraud who made up for his lack of skill and athleticism with his heart. A manufactured fighter who was just waiting to be exposed. Ignore the fact he was the unified undefeated heavyweight champion who cleaned out the division and had won a hard fought battle over the consensus #1 in the division's history; apparently everyone he fought prior to Foreman was feather fisted and couldn't punch their way out of a wet bag. We all saw how he struggled to lift weights on ABC's super star competition and was pudgy above 210 so he was clearly a natural light heavyweight. The obvious conclusion we should reach is that anyone with decent power and size would repeat the effort, no skill required. It's not like Foreman was a prime gold medalist with a brilliant game clan and a world class corner, he simply knocked Frazier over with random mindless haye makers.

Joe Frazier was a top 10 ATG who is only surpassed by guys like Foreman (mostly because he won the title twice, particularly at such an old age), Lewis (partly because he won the title three times), Holy (for manifold reasons), Holmes, Louis, and Ali. He had a fantastic heart and to my knowledge never actually got knocked out. He had a terrific style and punch, very good defensive technique from FOTC and before, and a champion's determination and guts. He beat the greatest heavyweight who ever lived (Ali had even hit 30!!!) and was around that time unquestionably unbeatable in that division.

Ken Norton, Ron Lyle...anybody would have fallen before him, save perhaps Young. Even prime Holmes, though I imagine he'd have beaten Joe, would have had the toughest fight of his life.

    Just my opinion.

"Could any other heavyweights dominate Frazier like Foreman?"

    The operative word is "dominanate"...

You'll need a heavyweight that can start fast and get there first, and heavy.

There are many longshots that fit that bill, but from a put-my-money on it perspective, you'd have to say:
    Foreman (obviously)
    Liston
    Tyson
    Lewis

    Louis (unlikely but possible)
