Senor Pepe and Il Duce are the same person. Frankenfrank is a different person.

Whatever man that's just your opinion, I don't give a **** what you think. The fact is Ali never fought anyone with the combiantion of size, strength, reach, punching power, coordination, speed and boxing ability of a Lewis or a Klitschko. These fighters just didn't exist in Ali's day.
If the Klitschkos were black Americans you would be singing a different tune.

Folley went .500 after Ali and was out of the sport in 3 years just collecting paychecks on the way.

Is your contention that Ali finally destroyed him and that was the cause of the tailspin? Or was he an old fighter with atrophied skills looking for paychecks, of which Ali was one.

Trying to use Ali's victory over Folley as a landmark, prime-defining victory is ludicrous. If you people can't see this, I don't even have a clue as to how to solve your intellectual deficiencies. Tennis is a lot easier to understand. Perhaps you should try that.

Sure. What is a prime Chuvalo worth? He lost a lot and to guys who weren't that great. Pete Rademacher beat him. How is that defensible? His Buddy Cleroux beat himÂ… and I think Cleroux should get the appreciation which for some reason Chuvalo receives.

are you kidding me? chuvalo was great. stop trying to discredit ali's wins. ali beat many great fighters in the 60's.

-Lewis? He never beat a prime ATG.And never fought prime ATG.
Two not too impressive fighter destroyed him.
He had big problem with Mercer (42 years old Holmes beat the unbeaten Mercer.)
    etc.
-w. klitschko and v. klitschko never beat an ATG.NEVER prime or not never.
-Holmes never beat a prime ATG.
He had 3 prime ATG opponents.Spinks beat him 2times.
A 21 years old kid humiliated and destroyed him in th 4th round.
Holyfeild beat him easily. Holmes' record against prime ATG 0-4.
-Frazier never beat a prime ATG.
I don't know who was better than the prime Ali but Lewis,Holmes, klitschko sisters ,
Frazier proved nothing in this question.

Size problem. Maybe this is some klitschko fans' favourite blah-blah.Obviously
the klitschkos are abnormal tall slow, clumsy fighters without explosive punch a
    good win.
Too bad but Ali never had size problem.
Otherwise Sanders never beat similar and successful fighter like w. klitschko
    before their fight.
But this wasn't a problemThe 37 years old out of shape(maybe with lots of cherry-p.
fight) Sanders destroyed wladimir klitschko easily.

This is going to get attacked big time, but here are the best fighters to KO or UD prime Ali:

    1. PRIME, motivated Sonny Liston: would be very close, but a slightly faster, supremely conditioned young Liston would catch Ali late and KO him.
    2. Prime Foreman, under a different trainer with a better fight plan KOs Ali. Dick Sadler was all wrong for Foreman, he could have been a much smarter KO artist with the right training. Put Dundee in Foremans corner and he gets Ali out of there.
    3. Prime Holmes, A game should get a UD if he isnt psyched out by Ali.
    4. Joe Frazier---prime and 100% he has a 50% chance
    5. Marciano---many will doubt this but Rockys ackward pressure style could possibly get prime Ali out of there, i give him a 50% chance
    6. Lennox Lewis---give him a 50% chance for UD if he fights cautiously for a points win

sonny has the best chance here. you foreman is an imaginary foreman who never existed. holmes was an inferior ali
marciano will not beat ali. Ali wins. Ali had a 13 inch reach advantage over him (Rocky's reach = 67 inches and Muhammad Ali = 80 inches). Muhammad Ali would keep Rocky outside, with Rocky constantly trying to get in but failing. He fails to get in because Ali had the fastest Heavyweight jab of all time and it was also powerful, lewis won't win this ali is the all round better fighter.

Why do people post their own worthless opinions on threads like this, rather than just accept the reality of the situation?

Which is NO ONE had / has EVER seen a Heavyweight boxer who moved like him before or since. This guy had a Welterweights speed in a 210 lbs physique. End of.

How's ten straight title wins for results? Cleaning out a division. And it's plain to the eye that he had slowed down in the 70's and had less in his tank. And if that isn't enough for you, Chuvalo and Patterson, who both met before and after his lay-off, said he was better before. Dundee and Pacheko did too.

Just face the simple facts. Frazier was beaten 2/3 by a post prime Ali.

And, again, have you actually watched Ali-Folley? If you have, basic knowledge of the sport should tell you Folley wasn't shot as ****.

    You really are trolling.
