Could anyone on Mike McCallum's resume have beaten a prime Calzaghe?

A boxer’s resume is no different than that of anyone’s in any profession.

It is, essentially, a comprehensive listing of a person’s work history (including perhaps an enumeration of skills/proficiencies and honors/awards).

Now, of course, it’s easier for someone to fudge their resume in other professions since boxing has record-keeping — a salesman might only list his successes and leave off his failures in hopes that the next prospective employer doesn’t dig too deep.

But a true resume of, for instance, an executive who had run three Fortune 500 companies to record profits but also had three start-ups completely bankrupt would include all of that.

Same with a boxer’s wins and losses.

 

I think Calzaghe is a definitive matchup against Toney, i cannot see him beating Calzaghe's workrate unless he puts on a counterpunching masterclass peppering Joe everytime he has the chance to, which is highly unlikely due to Toney's inconsistency.

 

Collins would have been outclassed by JC and in a big way. Collins doesn't have that much power and he is much slower then JC.
The only thing JC would have to worry about is his hands breaking from hitting Collins so much.
Take away Collins bouts vs Eubank and Benn, who were both on the downside, and tell me Collins best 3 wins in your opinion .
