Could anyone who ever fought at 130-140 have stopped Chavez?

My thoughts exactly...Which was one of the reasons why i knew I'd get flack...Urango is far too green to really get an idea if he can handle a fantasy match-up between JCC

It's always easy to hold-up the classic fighter above the more recent fighter...but cmon now he's not invincible.

I would much favor him to take punches around 130 and 135 than he would at 140...especially against a VERY big JWW like Urango.

So we'll what happens with him. But I honestly feel he has a puncher's chance at doing it.

Get my 2 cents in here, I can see some fighters beating JCC at that weight prime (though I gave JCC at least a 50/50 chance up against anyone at thatweight) but i don't see anyone KO-ing him in his prime there.

Pryor, Whitaker, and Duran I'd favor to beat JCC, but only by decision. Chavez was truly a special fighter at 135. I like Mosley also to pull it off, but he would not look so great because no one Mosley fought at 135 came even close to Chavez and I think Chavez's endurance and pressure would give Mosley problems late in the fight. Stop Chavez, don't think so.

He couldn't even put a shot Chavez down above his best weight. Just to put perspective on how hard it would be for a prime Chavez to be stopped. It is near impossible, as far as I'm concerned.

This post should be studied to find new levels of ******ation in humans.

WHY THE **** would anyone ask whether Chavez could be stopped if he stood still like a statue and allowed people to punch him???
