    Joppy beats Kessler today.

Yes...yes, no, wait....yes. that might just be the most ridiculous thing I've ever read on ESB.

    Kessler can't beat Hopkins ...

After the fight w/ Calzaghe, Kessler mentioned that Calzaghe messed up his boxing ... no one in the game is better doing that than Hopkins.

Hopkins is a crafty veteran, he knows many tricks, and will do whatever it takes to win. Rather it be clinching a ton, alot of faints to throw off Kesslers attack ... Kessler has shown that he's a boxer ... faints will throw Kessler off and cause him to think about engaging. Hopkins knows how to disquise that right hand ... he'll bob and weave ... bounce on his toes ... and confuse Kessler on when he's throwing the right hand.

Hopkins has great defense and its very hard to hit him flush ... he also will study every part of Kessler's fight game ... he will know Mikkel's strengths and weaknesses.

Kessler has a great jab, but I see him abandoning his offense for defense against the "old man"

Kessler is an even harder fight for Hopkins than Calzaghe

Kessler hasn't fought anyone besides Calzaghe ... coming to the states seems to be bad luck for most europeans ... he'll come here and get demolished.

He's too green ... he'll be easier to beat for Hopkins than he was for Calzaghe.

Calzaghe respected him ... Hopkins definitely won't

I bet Slappy Joe would say Hopkins couldn't slap his way to a horrible stoppage over Peter Manfredo too. The fact is, Hopkins is a far superior fighter, even now, and will have no problems stopping 'ol Slappy, and would do the same to KEssler if he had the opertunity.

Then he asked him do you really think Jermain Taylor beat me? ... Calzaghe clamed up ... he changed his opinion and said 50/50 ... yeah right Joe ... Calzaghe looked nervous during that video ... and Hopkins is in his head.

Calzaghe will beat Hopkins fairly easy come fight now..., 117-111 or 118-110
Kessler would beat Hopkins at this stage..., same score as Calzaghe.

Now Hopkins who fought Trinidad would still LOSE to Calzaghe, a clear 115-112 or 116-111 UD but in more competitive fight with Calzaghe maybe on the deck from a flash knockdown. Same Hopkins would also LOSE a close UD or majority decision.

Calzaghe and Kessler should be in everyone top10 p4p list as they are the 2 best fighter from 160 to 175, they could beat anybody from that weight.

How will Hoplins lose to either of those guys?

    Because they're younger?

How do you see this fight paning out? I never heard of Hopkins getting dominated like that. Not even against RJJ ...

You might as well say that these guys will knock B-Hop out ... it makes no sense to me ... a guy who's never been dominated like that ... to get dominated like that.

I need to know more into your case -- right now i'm just thinking its garbage.

Calzaghe or Kessler is not that good to come across the pond and beat B-Hop that badly.
