This is one of the few i can actually see george foreman winning but by UD, not knock out. Agree ? Why or why not

I think George would get him out of there.

Too strong and powerful. Foreman would be able to do a lot of damage with his jab, and whenever he got Bugner right infront of him he'd do as he always did; unload several hurtful bombs. It would only be a matter of time before Bugner got caught standing infront of George and would be hit with a few big shots.

Bugner was a very good fighter, but stylistically I just don't see him as an oponent who would last 15 with Foreman.

George would have gotten rid of him inside 12 .
He would have also stopped any version of Ali inside 12 if it wasn't 4 Ali and Mirena's Maginot line of cheats and crimes .

I think the jab would do a lot of damage to Bugner in this fight. Although he is a legit tough guy I think Foreman's longer range attacker would add up over the fight.

Joe Bugner never had a great defense and never was a great mover so I think the added damage of all these Foreman bombs would add up.

    RTD somewhere between the 10-15.

It's certainly not beyond the realms of possibility,Bugner lasting the distance with Foreman. Joe was as durable as Jimmy Young. If not quite as good.

I think he could if he fought a very defensive fight but George can turn it around with one punch, thing is Bugner never really put his body behind a punch so he did not have a lot to keep George off. Stamina could be a Bugner benefit if he got past the early rounds.

    from experience I take it?

And no, Bugner isn't going the distance with Big George.

Very intriguing idea that Bugner might last the distance. I also think Joe's lantern jaw would be too easy a target for George and I can't see this fight going 15 rounds. I think Joe would do better than Joe Frazier or Ken Norton though.
