Could Bute make it through his whole career without fighting one of the top guys?

If the top fighters would get in the ring with him and call off the bull**** he would prove himself not his fault the tournament swallowed up all the good fights and now that its over they wont fight him

whats he gotta do put a gun to their head

Bute is complete and utter fraud and his fans are a disgrace.

Imagine Wlad fighting in a tournament with his bro, Haye and three other consensus top heavies. Meanwhile Povetkin just fights stiffs in his backyard. Then when Wlad wins the tournament there are Povetkin nuthuggers on ESB claiming Povetkin is the #1 heavy.

That is essentially what has happened here with Glass Jaw Bute and his legion of nuthuggers.

He can do what Calzaghe did. Keep fighting cans, demand that all come to him for his paper title(at least Bute doesn't carry a paper title), wait for the right time to fight big names coming off losses or tough fights.

your theoretical scenario isnt even close to what we are arguing

Bute was in the top 3 b4 the tourney and was excluded he never declined they didnt invite him for some strange reason

in the meantime he beat whoever he could to stay active and keep his belt

the tournament is over and there is no clarity

Ward has to beat Bute to be number 1 just like Bute has to beat Ward to be number 1

the Super 6 final was more like the 168 pound semi final in the big picture

No it's settled Ward is number 1 and he's beaten the tough fighters to prove it. Froch and Kessler both have good cases to be number two while Bute has......yep nothing.

Let me explain it to you, ******.

Saying **** and doing **** are two different things. If he GOES to Oakland, and FIGHTS Ward there, THEN you can give him props. NOT until then. Got it?

Bute has more claim to number 2 then Kessler does and Froch just lost so his rank should drop

Bute has been in the mix for a long time and was a top guy b4 the Super 6 showed up

Ward needs to beat Bute to be number 1, Ward maybe ranked 1 by the Ring Mag but in reality he has a guy on his level at the division and the fight must be made

Saying is not the same as doing, a lot of Bute fans have claimed Bute will fight a big fight in US next year, my response to that is what it has been all the time, I want to see it before I believe it, IF and that is a big IF, Bute fight in US next year it won't be against a big challenge trust me, or better just wait and see, I'm sure the Bute fans will have the excuses ready by that time :p

You want Bute to go wait for Ward in a back alley ? Ward and Goosen said they weren't intersted to fight Bute right now! and you're the one calling other people dumb
