Could Canelo beat Beterbiev?

    Had he started just a couple rounds earlier he would’ve easily won which drives me nuts

    I rewatched the ninth round and I do have to agree, Canelo won that. 119-109 Bivol.

    I'm a fan of Canelo. He's too small. Stylistic nightmare for Canelo. If a fighter doesn't move against Beterbiev they are going to get knocked out. It's not just the power either. It's the physicality he fights with and the mental pressure he puts on you by being in your face all night and not being deterred. Canelo will gas and get stopped. I don't even want to see that fight. Canelo should stay at 168.

    I see no conceivable way Canelo beats even this current possibly entering post prime Beterbiev that was still pressing very strongly in the championship rounds vs. Bivol.

    A prime, prime Beterbiev would lay waste to Canelo.
