Could Cortez have done anything different after the KO?

    Just wondering if Cortez could have done anything different after the knockdown? Did he have to start the count? Could he have given Ortiz more time for the problem with the time and being distracted? Anyone know if there is any latitude in the rules to start a 10 count?
