cunningham is fast but even in cruise standards he is very light puncher.wlad would walk through his punches.and steves chin is rubbish,he wouldn't be able to survive wlads jabs for 12 rounds
Not sure Cunningham can move up. He always shows up a few pounds light to the weigh-ins, showed up less on the scales than Adamek in their fight and Adamek was the one moving up in weight.
cunningham has better frame for heavy than adamek...he can easli put some pounds..not problem here for him. problem is he cannot take a punch even in cruise he keep eating canvas
Cunningham is in his mid 30's and just now starting to touch the 200 mark, considering how much more $$ there is a step up you'd think he would have made the jump years ago. He could make the weight but he is not a HW. He barely punches CW or takes CW punches, he could beat some of the lower level guys based on skill and technique alone but probably won't even have a punchers chance with Wlad.
Jumping from CW to HW changes the whole game. But if Wlad drains and comes down to CW then yes, he could give Wlad problems.
yep he does not have tools for wlad,but i think he could do well in heavy against those like arreola,chisora if he uses his speed and avoid getting hit there is a lot more money in heavy to make and rematch with Adamek in heavy or bout against Haye would be interesting and generate lots of money
