We all know this thread was inevitable, but it is a pretty interesting matchup on paper. Dempsey has battered more Bakole-sized heavyweights than any other man his own size, Jack also has blistering handspeed and Bakole is quite the target.

That said, Bakole is still a 280 pound man with a strong pace, good shot selection and accuracy. Who wins?

Respectfully- Fish in a barrel, Jack Dempsey is probably one of the most skilled heavyweights of all time.

I wouldn’t pick anyone to beat Bakole until around the Louis era onwards, might sound controversial, but also don’t see Dempsey hurting Bakole if he lands being like 100lbs lighter, +with that style, it’s a recipe for disaster, someone like Louis can step back and walk Bakole onto punches he doesn’t see coming and give themselves space and make him miss, someone like Dempsey would be walking straight into the fire and it’d be inevitable that Bakole lands at some point, like I said, don’t see Dempsey hurting Bakole, Bakole would also absolutely ragdoll Dempsey in the clinch.

Yea he could, pretty easily. Extremely easily. Cant even express how easily.
(I have no idea who Bakole is.)

There isn't a single man on earth whom Jack Dempsey couldn't hurt with a punch.
    Not. a single. one.
Bakole may weigh 280+ lbs but his chin sure as hell doesn't.

No. He would get bounced within 3 rounds. And bounced badly.

I would go with Jack Dempsey to stop Bakole sometime between the first and sixth rounds. I put more emphasis on the weight of the quality opponents Jack Dempsey did well against than on what Dempsey, himself, weighed.

I can see Bakole beating the **** outta Jack until that left hook slams against Bakole's temple, his durability is an unknown at the moment against good punchers after what Parker did so idk how he handles a Dempsey left hook at that same spot.

Would Look a lot like Dempsey Willard, except Bakole won't get up as much as Jess did.

I get Bakole was a 2 day sub, but that Parker fight doesn't give me much confidence. He certainly has a puncher's chance, but I wouldn't favor him over prime Toledo Dempsey.

Parker even at 250+ was never a devastating hitter, so it would probably end very badly for Bakole if a fierce combination puncher like Dempsey landed flush. Bakole is slow, flat footed, no head movement, and wide open on top of the fact his chan is highly questionable now.
