Based on what we saw vs Joyce probably not. Chisora's usual problem is his conditioning he has a marauding come forward style that's really only effective if he can outwork his opponent but he often gasses as he's not always in the best condition. But with Dubois we saw he fought in spurts and didn't set a very high work rate, a fit Chisora could out work him take him into deep water and drown him again. His lack of head movement and lack of counter punching would make him an easy target and Chisora wouldn't have to worry about taking shots as long as he's pressing forward. Dubois always has a punchers chance but his opportunities will be few and far between against a fighter always pushing him back.
Chisora fought better v Usyk than Dubois did v Joyce, it would be a great fight one way or the other.
