Could Floyd have won the Middleweight title from Hopkins or Jones?

    Agree to disagree. Floyd's only shot is against the 40 year old Hopkins. Hopkins is skilled enough in 1993 to cut the ring off and take Floyd out. This was a young, fast and aggressive Hopkins.

    I think these guys are just too big for him, if they were all the same size Id pick Mayweather to beat both but both fights would be hard for him, especially Jones (this would be very close)

    Fair enough, I could see it playing out that way too. But if there's one argument I have to make for the sake of adding a little debate to the thread, that's the one I'm sticking to. :lol::good

    Floyd gets punished by any of those guys. He gets stopped in 3 out of 4 scenarios.

    More to the point, could he of won the European Welterweight title from Magic Matt Hatton.

    Thats a resounding no.

    Uhh many have MARTINEZ as a pick-em with PBF. What does that say about 2 H2H ATG's at the weight...
