Could Floyd still make weight at 130, 135, or 140?

Looking ahead at future potential fights for Mayweather, the options at 147-154 (or at least fighters at 154 who would actually agree to a catch weight below 154) seems rather limited and lack the ability to sell huge numbers on PPV.

Mayweather said after his fight with Canelo he woke up weighing 146 which begs the question, could Floyd move back down to the lower weight classes without his skills diminishing? It seems there are better options in the lower weight classes than up. However, I know its more likely that the lower weight fighters would move up for a shot against Mayweather. This is strictly a hypothetical question.

140 would be pushing it he would be losing muscle at that point.

Mayweather will not be fighting below WW. He refuses to drain himself at all.

Super feather, absolutely not. Lightweight yes but drained as **** and risking pulling a DLH (vs. Pacman)

140, still with adequate effectiveness to not be putting himself at serious risk, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe.

Floyd could make 140 easily if he wanted anything below would hurt him. He has to eat constantly while training just to keep his weight around 150lbs. his normal training weight is 146/7lbs his normal body weight while not training is most likely around 150
