Naz was a huge name earning megabucks back then and Floyd wasn't. Mayweather would often moan about the HBO attention and money Prince would get back then :deal
After Floyd beat Corrales, he called out Naseem @ a catchweight of 128: 1:22 mark: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykG4Xnk85_E[/ame] If he was so carefully managed, he wouldn't have found Corrales or Castillo. Naz was the one scared of him, and rightfully so. Naz was a midget compared to Floyd and would be knocked out with his style.
That's right. They were only matching him up against light hitting creampuffs like Corrales at the time. :nut
The prince would have been painfully schooled for 12 rounds by Floyd. Hamed's actual boxing abilities were nowhere close to his showmanship and entertainment value.
It never happen cause Naz was scared to fight Mayweather. Even Larry said to Floyd "After watching You tonight, Naz would never fight you."
Well he just cslled all of them out. **** this hae bandwagon, i'm going to try and make a sticky thread called **** the Floyd Mayweather hate bandwagon
Nobody's saying Floyd should have fought him, i'm just replying to your mad post that implied Mayweather ducked him because he knew what was good for him.
Theres no way Naz could have got knocked out, he had a granite chin which is proven. I doubt Floyd would have been able to handle the prince's power. Obviously Floyd wanted to fight Naz, like everyone else, cuz back then Naz was the cash cow. The Prince would definately leave Floyd stuttering at the press confrences. Prince wins by brutal knock out in Round 4.
